Carlisle Property Management was established in 2015 to provide quality, professionally managed student accommodation in Carlisle city centre. We manage properties on behalf of local landlords — handling everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to day-to-day maintenance.
Our portfolio has grown to 12 properties and 50+ rooms across the city centre, all within easy reach of the University of Cumbria. We know Carlisle, we know the student market, and we know what students need.
